My goal as a health coach is to review all aspects of your life, nutrition, work, home, relationships, physical exercise and spirituality.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I work with people individually to help them take steps towards living a more complete and healthier life.
My role is to listen, give advice and offer support and encouragement in equal measure.
My approach to nutrition incorporates bio-individuality i.e. “one man’s food is another man’s poison” or ‘Not one diet fits all’. We can explore a range of different dietary theories that suit you and your lifestyle needs.
My education as a health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition combined with my own organic lifestyle has fuelled my passion and equipped me with the skills to guide you in the right direction.

Enhancing health, preventing illness, reducing stress and creating balance are of prime importance. I take a holistic, integrated approach, which entails looking at all areas of life as a way to improve the health and wellbeing of my clients.

Usually, when we think of food, it’s the food that we eat and which nourishes our bodies. This is of course extremely important, but there are many other factors, not food-related, which impact on our health and wellbeing.
An integrated approach considers other ‘foods’ that sustain us and makes our lives worth living. These are called Primary Foods and include relationships, career, spirituality and physical exercise.
When these Primary Foods are balanced and satisfying they nourish our lives, making what we eat secondary. To really thrive in life, we need both.
Together we will devise a ‘roadmap to wellbeing’ which is entirely personal to you and whatever your goals, your personalised programme will help you to achieve them.
