About Nikki

At the age of 21 I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Epstein Barr Virus and various allergies, which promoted me to start on my own holistic health journey, after being told I could not be helped by mainstream doctors or medicine.

Fortunately, along with my own research and the help of a Nutritionist and Kinesiologist I was able to identity some of the under lying causes of my health issues. However, after not recovering fully I later then went on to undertake a year long Diploma in 2015 with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York myself, covering a wide variety of subjects that surround health, as well as nutrition. The following year I went on to complete another year diploma with the British Institute of Allergy & Environmental Therapy where we covered a wide variety of topics including Allergies, Food & Chemical Desensitisation, Homeopathy, Miasms, Muscle Testing, Organ Support & Testing including Thyroid, Liver, Kidneys, Mercury detoxification, Skin Issues, Hormone Issues, Immunotherapy/Low Dose Immunotherapy, ADHD, Parasites, Viruses, Bacterial Infections, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lyme Disease, plus more.. At this stage I was then able to identify that I was also a carrier of various strains of Lyme disease myself, mould toxicity, as well as metal and chemical toxicity. Various other Diplomas where then completed in Herbs & Homeopathy to enable me to be able to offer my clients a very personalised/tailor made treatment plan that was tested and suited to their individual body and needs.

This year in 2022 I also enhanced my skill set by studying Level 1 & 2 Autonomic Response Testing with Dr. Klinghardt, who is an internationally renowned physician in the treatment of highly complex patients. His protocols and specialised system has enhanced my approach to supporting Lyme disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, complex autoimmune issues and mental health.

With the knowledge that I have accumulated over the past 23 years during my own health journey, various diplomas and continuous professional development I have under taken, I am passionate about empowering others to improve their health and am constantly searching and discovering different ways of supporting your mind, body and spirit, with protocols to address all of these areas.

My philosophy is now is that we all have the ability and potential to create a life full of energy & vitality!

By combining a mixture of Naturopathic, Functional Medicine and Natural Healing, I hope to be able to give my clients the best possible health.
